RETURNS PROCEDURE

(1) Please email your returns request to : returns@thalioutlet.co.uk

Please state why you want to return the goods and if the goods have been used at all. We will then issue you with a RETURNS Number which you must use for reference

You can Fax or Personally hand in the request to the details below

(2) Send the goods back to us clearly marking the RETURNS Number visible on the outer packaging. ( please do not mark the goods or the original packaging with the RETURNS Number, this should be written on a removable label or the outer packaging)

(3) On receipt of the goods our Returns Department will perform a detailed inspection process and then begin processing the returns. (This may take up to the average of three working days from receipt of the goods)

(4) On completion we will send the replacements back to you or make them available for collection. If a CREDIT or REFUND is required then please request this on the original request in part 1 of the procedure
