Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service is ideal for smaller orders weighing under 2kg.

Prices start from £2.95, with orders sent using our approved delivery partners.

Orders placed before the weekday cut-off time are normally dispatched the same working day.

Need your order quickly?

Choose our Next-Day Express service for larger orders or when you need a faster delivery option.

Prices start from £4.95 and express orders are delivered using approved courier partners, including DPD and DHL.

Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge of approximately £10 on top of the standard weekday delivery cost.

Small, non-urgent order?
Standard delivery is a great choice for orders under 2kg.

Larger order or need it quickly?
Choose our Next-Day Express service for orders over 2kg or when you need a faster service.

Order over £75?
If you're located in mainland UK, you can benefit from free delivery on qualifying orders.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

For weekday orders:

• Standard Delivery: order before 2:00pm for same-day dispatch.
• Next-Day Express: order before 3:00pm for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed after the Friday cut-off, or over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.

Please note that dispatch times are different from delivery times and that courier delivery times may vary.

• Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
  • Yes we do, please contact our sales team for pricing
• What happens if I'm not in?
  • Not to worry, the driver will leave a card and will attempt to re deliver. If you have provided a save location or with a neighbour when ordering, then your parcel could be left there.
• Can I track my order?
  • Yes you can track your order, We provid you with a traching link when you place your order.
• What happens if my order arrives damaged?
  • Not to worry, please immediately take pictures and contact our customer service on 0113 3948000 or email cs@thalioutlet.com.
• Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
  • Yes we do. Our wesite is set to accept orders from Northern Ireland
• Do you deliver to Scotland and the Scottish Highlands?

• Can I collect my order instead?
