We understand that from time to time customers need to be return goods due to purchasing the wrong item, changing their mind, receiving wrong or faulty goods. We are here to help and resolve the issue. Please follow the procedure below.  


If any goods are or become faulty or defective the customer must notify the Seller in writing to within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Once returned with the original or a copy of the paperwork supplied with the goods by the Seller explaining the reason for the return and the Customer’s preference for a replacement or refund. The Seller will upon receipt of valid paperwork be happy to make a refund for the full value of the goods or replace the goods. Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without copy of the paperwork supplied with the goods by the Seller. All goods are returned at the Customers cost and sole risk.

  1. The Customer must ensure Goods are returned in original packaging unopened and unused. Due to Food hygiene safety standards, any item that has been opened or used will not be accepted as a return and will be classed as void. The Seller reserves the right to reject goods returned that are physically damaged, opened packaging or have been used in any way or form.
  2. If the Customer wishes to return any Goods purchased in error or incompatible for the intended use outside the 28-day period of receipt of goods as in the Returns Procedure above, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the returns or charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
  3. Any Refunds agreed by the Seller will be only refunded back to the Customer using the same method of payment used in the original purchase less any charges that apply from clause 2 need to be deducted.
  4. The cost of returning any goods will be met by the Customer unless agreed in advance by the Seller.
  5. If the wrong goods have been shipped by us we can in most cases ship the correct item and collect the wrong items at the same time
