We understand that from time to time customers need to be return goods due to purchasing the wrong item, changing their mind, receiving wrong or faulty goods. We are here to help and resolve the issue. Please follow the procedure below.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If any goods are or become faulty or defective the customer must notify the Seller in writing to cs@thalioutlet.com within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Once returned with the original or a copy of the paperwork supplied with the goods by the Seller explaining the reason for the return and the Customer’s preference for a replacement or refund. The Seller will upon receipt of valid paperwork be happy to make a refund for the full value of the goods or replace the goods. Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without copy of the paperwork supplied with the goods by the Seller. All goods are returned at the Customers cost and sole risk.
